Community Groups
Connect, Engage & Grow!
At Northampton United Methodist Church, we are proud to provide space for a variety of community groups that meet regularly to build connections, share experiences, and grow together. Our classrooms and meeting areas host groups that foster growth, support and engagement. Join us as we serve our neighbors!

AA
Northampton United Methodist Church is honored to host Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings, providing a supportive space for individuals seeking to address their drinking challenges.
AA is a fellowship of people coming together to support one another in achieving and maintaining sobriety. There are no age, education, or membership requirements, and there is no cost to attend meetings.
If you or someone you know wants to take a step toward sobriety, AA offers a welcoming and confidential environment to begin the journey.
For more information, visit Alcoholics Anonymous or contact us for meeting times.

History Club
The History Club will meet on the last Saturday of the month unless noted at 10am in the Gathering Room. Bob Sigsworth will discuss Richard Brookhiser’s biography of Abraham Lincoln entitled Founders’ Son. Jim Gardner will discuss his semester at Oxford’s Magdalen College; touching on Addison’s Walk, C.S. Lewis & J.R.R. Tolkien. All are welcome!
Book Club
If you love to read or are looking to expand your reading genre, Book Club is the place to do just that. This is not a Bible Study group, but we read a wide variety of tastefully written books and authors. We pick books based on the recommendations of people in our club. You’ll have a whole month to read the selection, and then we come together and discuss our thoughts and views of the book. We meet the second Saturday of each month at 10 am in the gathering room. We love to see new faces.
